He wiped the tears from my eyes with his hand. I started thinking to myself that if I was going to tell him that I loved him I should do it now. I grabbed both of his hands and held them tightly in mine. I looked him right in the eyes, I told him about reading his note and the way it make me feel. I told him that I was not sure how I felt about him at first but now I knew. I explained to him that while I was out here waiting for him to come back I realized that I do love him. After I said that he told me that he loved me more than he has ever loved anyone else before in his entire life and that I was the only one he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. I started crying I mean tears streamed down my face like someone was holding a hose above my head and letting the water just rush on me.
Matt then held my face with his hands and then before I knew it he has kissed me. It was one of the softest kisses I had ever received before. I could barely feel his lips on mine but I could feel my heart race and the tingle going up and down my spine. If this is what fireworks are then I always want to have them. After he kissed me we got up and went back inside.
What happened while we were outside.....................................
Jeff and Katie were getting to know one another better (no not like that perverts) they were asking each other all kinds of questions. Katie embarrassed Jeff a few times with some of her questions to him. They were getting along great. Jeff made the suggestion to Katie about all four of us going out and getting something to eat. Katie thought that is was a terrific idea so Jeff asked her where she would like to go since she knew more about this town an any of us. Katie suggested L'Ariosto, it was a quiet little place not too far from the hotel, just the right distance to walk to. Katie went over to the refrigerator in our hotel room and got the two of them something to drink. Jeff looked at Katie with a weird look on his face when she handed him a bottle with orange colored liquid in it. Katie just had to laugh when Jeff looked at her and said, "What is this stuff?" Katie then proceeded to take Jeff’s bottle out of his hand and open it for him. She then put the bottle up to his mouth and told him to taste it. He closed his lips tightly and shook his head no. Katie then told him that he better be a good boy and try the drink. Jeff gently grabbed the bottle and at the same time Katie’s hand and after he did he asked, "If I do not try the drink will you spank me for being a bad boy?" Katie jumps up off the bed and said, "Jeffrey Nero Hardy, are you nuts?" Jeff just looked at Katie with concern in his eyes and then he said, "I am sorry I did not mean to make you mad." Katie then sat back down on the bed and she put her hand on Jeff’s arm and then she told him, "You did not make me mad, you just embarrassed me a wee bit." So then Jeff hugged Katie and when he did he whispered in her ear, "But you can spank me later if you want to." Katie and Jeff stopped hugging and then just smiled at each other. Jeff knew what he wanted to do next he wanted to kiss Katie but he did not, he was afraid of moving too fast and scaring Katie away from him.
